Our Process

  1. Establish investment goals: Our first step is to understand your ultimate outcome of investing in real estate. We will work with you to set clear investment goals, including real estate strategy, property types, investment amounts, the desired return on investment (ROI), and the investment timeline.
  2. Conduct Research and analysis: Once goals are established, we will conduct market research to identify potential markets and properties that meet your investment criteria. This includes analyzing local real estate trends, evaluating financial performance of potential properties, and conducting due diligence.
  3. Identify target property: Based on research and analytic findings, we will present you with one or more properties to pursue
  4. Acquire property(ies): Once selected, we will help you through the acquisition process, which can include offer and seller negotiation, inspection and appraisal, selecting financing, and closing proceedings.
  5. Improve value via renovation: Depending on your investment goals and strategy, you may choose to make improvements to the acquired property(ies) to improve asset value and potential rental income. If so, we will work with our broad network of partners to make improvements to the property(ies).
  6. Manage property(ies) and tenant experience: After acquisition and any improvements, we will establish property management services to oversee tenant placement and day-to-day operations, including leasing, maintenance, and accounting. During this stage, our focus shifts to continually identifying opportunities to improve the tenant’s lives by living in the property(ies), thereby improving tenant retention and investor returns.
  7. Monitor financial performance: Throughout the investment process, we track and monitor the performance of the investment, evaluating key metrics including return on investment (ROI) and cash-on-cash return, among others. During this period, we may recommend adjustments to maximize returns and minimize risk.
  8. Exit investment: At the end of the investment timeline, we will help you decide whether to sell or hold the property(ies) or for further growth and income, based on your original investment goals and market conditions.
